11 Mission

A strong mission statement can define a venture’s goals, market positioning, and business structure; inspire within an organization; attract talented workers and partners; communicate with potential consumer segments; and much (much) more.  An artist’s mission statement should contain and denote clear information about: what the entity is; what the entity aims to do; for whom the entity exists.

 

In other words: why does the business, artist, or organization exist?
